At Valhalla Gyms, we provide comprehensive support for individuals with disabilities who wish to exercise.
Our trainers specialise in creating tailored fitness, strength, and cardio routines to suit your specific condition or disability. Whether you can manage a little or a lot, we can compile a weekly schedule to support your development.
We aim to guide you from where you currently are to achieving your goals for a healthier you, and we believe that you can overcome any obstacles in your way.
For those using a wheelchair:

Note: Weights will vary based on individual ability, but the focus should be on fitness and raising your heart rate, which builds overall fitness and cardiovascular health.
For those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:

Note: The type and amount of exercise will vary depending on the severity of your condition. However, regular exercise is one of the most effective therapies.
These workouts are general suggestions meant to show that everyone can enjoy exercise in a controlled and supportive environment.
Financial Support for Disabilities
If you have a disability and require financial assistance, various benefits are available to you, such as Personal Independence Payments and Universal Credit. Valhalla Gyms has partnered with the Disability Support Project, which can help you complete forms, guide you through appeals, and represent you in tribunal discussions.
The Disability Support Project also offers financial assistance, budgeting guidance, and mentoring for mental health and well-being.
