  • The minimum age for entry is 14. Those aged 14 to 17 are permitted to use the cardio equipment and body weight areas, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Absolutely! Our gym is fully accessible. Our trained staff is happy to assist you in any way you need.

  • We offer a variety of personal training plans, each customised to meet the individual's unique needs.

  • Yes, we have free on-site parking.
