Exercising With Disabilities
As our Paralympians can attest to, exercising with disabilities is challenging though highly rewarding, and far from impossible. Whoever you are, and whatever your condition, there are exercises that can be of benefit to your physical & mental wellbeing.
Our trainers specialise in finding the right fitness, strength, and/or cardio routine to suit your condition or disability. However little or much you can manage a weekly schedule can be compiled to help you develop. Valhalla Gyms can also provide nutrition advice to complement your routine and lifestyle.
We aim to take you from where you are and help you achieve your goal for a new you, and we believe you can overcome any hurdle.
